For painted miniatures, bulk orders, or other custom hobby work, the written project quote will state the deposit, cancellation terms, schedule, and remaining balance before you approve the work. The future table program is not accepting orders or deposits.
We ship within the continental U.S. See our Shipping & Lead Times page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; if something arrives damaged, our returns process has you covered.
