What are your lead times?
Ready-to-ship hobby gear leaves the workshop in 3–5 business days. Painted miniatures and other custom work receive a confirmed schedule before you approve the project.
What do you make?
Dice storage and rolling gear, game-master screens, miniatures, custom figures of you or your character, terrain, leather carry goods, and equipment for the hobby bench. The current range is always visible in the shop.
Do you paint miniatures?
Yes, when commission capacity is open. Share the models, reference art, finish level, and deadline through the contact form, and we will confirm scope and timing before any work begins.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental U.S. See Shipping & Lead Times for rates and details. We don't ship internationally or to Alaska & Hawaii yet — reach out and we'll see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on stock items in original condition. Custom and commissioned pieces aren't returnable once the design is approved. Full details on the Returns page.
Can I order a gaming table?
Not yet. Tables are a future program under development, and we are not accepting table deposits or promising launch dates. You can review the prototype brief and join the interest list.
Can I request custom or bulk hobby gear?
Yes. Share the item, quantity, material, use case, and deadline through the contact page. We will be direct about what the workshop can take on.
