What are your lead times?
Ready-to-ship items usually leave the workshop in 3–5 business days. Every model commission receives a confirmed schedule after we review the selected catalog model, finished size, and service level.
What do you make?
Our focus is 3D-printed figures, statues, dioramas, display pieces, finishing, and hand painting from our licensed creator catalog. Our hobby goods include available tabletop accessories, woodwork, and leather goods for collectors and players.
Do you paint models?
Yes, when commission capacity is open. Choose a model from the catalog, then use the commission questionnaire to request hand painting, size, and reference direction.
Can you sculpt a new model or modify one?
No. We print models from the available creator catalog as offered and do not change their geometry. You can request the finished size and choose print-only, finished, or hand-painted service.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental U.S. See Shipping & Lead Times for rates and details. We don't ship internationally or to Alaska & Hawaii yet — reach out and we'll see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on stock items in original condition. Commissioned pieces are not returnable once the project brief is approved. Full details are on the Returns page.
Can I request a bulk run?
Possibly. Share the catalog model or product, quantity, use case, and deadline through the contact page. We will confirm what the workshop can take on.
