What are your lead times?
Ready-to-ship hobby gear leaves the workshop in 3–5 business days. Painted miniatures and other custom work receive a confirmed schedule before you approve the project.
Can I order a gaming table?
Not yet. The table program is still being prototyped, and we are not accepting table deposits or promising launch dates. You can join the interest list through this form.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on stock items. Painted miniatures and other commissioned hobby work are not returnable once the project brief is approved.
