Return any ready-to-ship item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
Email support@alamocraftingforge.com with your order or invoice reference and we'll send return instructions. Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the invoice once we receive and inspect the item.
Because they are made specifically for you, painted miniatures and other commissioned hobby work are not returnable once the project brief is approved.
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
